Extended description: Software Europe has been very successful with over two thirds of the UK Mainframe sites running at least one of Software Europe’s products. Many of the mainframe companies now run several of our products. This high level of customer retention is a reflection of the excellent support provided. The two major reasons for this success are the quality of client support, and that Software Europe is an independent company. The support philosophy is simple, “we do not go home if we can do more to help our customers”. It is viewed as Software Europe’s responsibility to ensure all users at a client site get the most from the products provided. Our trained team of product specialists contact customers regularly, make onsite visits as necessary, run regular user groups, offer training courses and give 24/7 support. Our quality assurance system, customer support policy and environmental accreditations show that Software Europe is aware of client requirements from a supplier. Striving to ensure that processes work in synchronisation with our clients, to achieve a productive and mutually beneficial relationship. Software Europe’s status as an independent company ensures that they are able to search the world for solutions of the highest quality for the UK market and are not tied to any individual supplier. Since 2001, Software Europe has built application software delivered as a web-based ASP solution. There are currently 28 clients using these solutions.
